Ladies Gents,

Apologies for this unsolicited approach however I could not resist!

I have recently purchased some office space in a new St George
development which is river facing in Battersea, conveniently located
for London (Clapham Junction 5 mins) and the A3 (10 mins) please see

The unit is too large for us to use exclusively and as such we are
splitting it up and have a space available for another party. Due to
the way the purchase was set up we would be able to offer a lease under
the areas market value! (will explain how if you are interested) ...So
if there is anyone out there who is either starting up a new business
or re locating and likes the sound of this opportunity please feel free
to give me a personal mail and I will be happy to supply
you with further info or alternatively show you around when convenient.

I would also be willing to pay a £500 fee to anyone for a
completed/successful introduction.

The units size is approx 737 sqft
