Inventory Managment software for a field team of 20 ?

Hi,

I have a team of about 20 Field Engineers and need to find a slicker way to manage our spares, currently FE's send there parts order on a Excel spreadsheet to the wharehouse were they the parts are picked and shipped. I order the parts from our HQ in the US using a Excel spreadsheet,( I get a excel update twice a month from the wharehouse) this system worked fine when we only had 10 Engineers but we now need to review this part of the business.

What I would like is a software package (that could be web based,if needed) were the Engineers would place the orders on line of email, this would go the wharehouse. At the end of the month I would like to see a report of ever part that has been sent out to the field and to who. I would also like a the software to generate a monthly parts order to include minimum levels.

I like the idea of it being webbased as Im in Herts, the wharehouse is in Brum , the offce (central stores) is in Seattle.

Any idea's on what I could use ? Not had much luck on internet, it appear there is nothing simiple enough for my needs.
