Pointers on corporate family fun days

Looking into organising a weekend family fun day in the Summer for my department at work - wondering if anyone on here has any experience of these or companies that organise these?

About 250 people in the department, plenty of family people so likely to be between 200 to 400 adults and similar number of kids, London based.

Block book a Center Parc? You sound as if you are taking on a massive organisational responsibility and I would go somewhere they are used to dealing with that kind of thing and catering to different tastes.
