Office Space/Share needed in London

Does anyone know of any office space, or an office share, in the City? Somewhere between Tower Bridge and Blackfriars would be fine, possibly south of the river as long as it's near a Jubilee station. It'll be for 2 people initially.

I'm trawling the agency sites and also Gumtree, but if anyone knows of anything else please drop me a line.

Have you considered a virtual office? It's very easy to achieve these days with all the clever technology about and keeps your overheads to virtually nil.

I'm seeing some guys this week who have an office on Southwark Street, last time I was there they were letting two smaller upstairs rooms to small businesses, I can check if either are vacant if you like.
