Spread betting info

I'll keep it short and simple,
1)what software do you use to get real time market info (preferably free)?
2)Who do you bet with?

tried a free account demo one, lost consistantly and consistantly lost, lost some more, reset and repeast the above about 5 times. Decided spread betting was not my forte and left the real money alone.
