looking for recommendations on a wifi booster.
I am wanting to extend wifi from my ground floor flat to daughters second floor. Would this be possible?
She can get 1bar of my wifi in certain areas of her flat.

Anything below the £50 mark would be good.

Thanks

I have a TP-Link unit, plugs straight into the wall socket. The setup was really simple and it supports everything needed so far, incl a Xbox.

They all seem a bit crap. I bought a netgear AC1200 one which does work, but after a few days always seems to be disconnected and you have to restart it.

I think that will only work if they share the same consumer unit.

A mesh system would do it, over budget but currently down from £130 to £100:

Just to add that I bought a set of 3 tenda mw6 off ebay for circa £78. They arrived the next day and were fitted and working within 10 minutes.
Previously I couldn't get a signal in the kitchen, that is now same speeds as it comes in.
Daughter gets full coverage in her flat as well.
Power leads are a little short but other than that well impressed.
Thanks all
