I use Outlook for a a membership secretary function. It’s on a Windows laptop, iPad and iPhone.

All works fine except for the iPhone which for some reason does not receive the latest email. It will receive it eventually once I am sent another email (which is received on the other devices but not the iPhone again).

I’ve reset account etc but can’t solve it.

Any ideas?

Settings/Mail/Accounts - can you set to 'push'?

I'm no expert, but just a thought.

Thanks but it’s the Outlook app not the Mail app.

I want “business” and personal kept entirely separate. In any case it works fine on the iPad using the same Outlook app.
It’s just got me flummoxed!

Fair enough.

Im not into the outlook app as I only use the desktop version on my laptop.

Os there a browser version you could try for the iPad?

Have you tried uninstalling the app completely and started again.

This has solved a couple of sync issues I had in the past. Only happened a couple of times to me.
