Business Facebook account hacked

My wife has a business facebook account that has recently been hacked.

While we were on holiday someone has managed to take ownership and make themselves admin, changing the name of the page but not much else.

Facebook 'support' have been spectacularly unhelpful, making it virtually impossible to log calls and closing them without fixing anything.

Has anyone had this happen to them or know how to get this resolved please? She's put a lot of work into building up followers/clients and we're no closer to getting this sorted.
