Cheapest route into FPV Drone?

I wonder if i have the answer to this already, or at least partly.
I already have a DJI mini 4 pro and DJI RC Controller (the one with the screen) but i don't have any goggles.
The answer might be to get into an Avata and some goggles but i feel like there's a more simple, skunkworks / selfbuild route into this that i'm missing or is it a case that when i'm done buying the bits and the tools then i could have bought something off the shelf.
So, i need an idiots giode on a source of something i can look at online and click "buy now" and fly around the house, upstairs and so on pissing off the family and the dogs until i'm vrave enough to venture outside.
I'll add at this point that i had a 7" racing drone with all of the goggles, transmitter etc. but it was insanely quick and was truly manual flight. I had it in the aid for 3 minutes before i sent it into the ground like a meteor! Sh4t myself watching that through the googles. It was a build done by someone before me and had zero failsafes, return to home or stay where it is when it loses signal.
Moon on a stick or are we at the stange where i can buy this?
