Freestanding monitor (x2) and laptop stand
Discussion
Edit: change of spec, now looking to mount 3x24" monitors and putting the laptop in a drawer!
Can anyone recommend a stand for 2 x 24" monitors and a 13" laptop please. There are a myriad of options on Amazon and the like and I have no idea whether they are any good or not.
I do have a couple of caveats though:
Firstly, my desk is attached to the wall, so clamp type options are out, it must stand on the desk.
Secondly, my two monitors, while looking almost identical have their VESA mounts at different heights
so I need to be able to adjust the heights individually.
Any suggestions gratefully received!

I had a similar issue for a while - 2 x monitors plus a 15” laptop in the middle.
I got hold of a third identical monitor so I now have three identical monitors and the laptop sits on a shelf and isn’t used directly.
I use this as a single stand to free up desk space - each vesa mount is individually adjustable

Well budget/project creep has kicked in. I have moved on to 3x 24" monitors now.
Still looking for a mount, but now for the three monitors. I still need to be able to adjust the height of individual monitors though as the VESA brackets don't all line up.
The deal breaker is that the monitors need to be as close to the wall as possible, so mounts like this are no good, because the arms pivot backwards:

Are any of the monitors the same?
I have this Vonhaus for my home desk with 3 x 24" Dell monitors. The outer left/right monitors are the same model, so match with the same VESA mount location. The middle monitor is a newer Dell and not quite as tall (smaller bottom bezel) but as the central monitor has it's own mount on the top of the pole, all the monitors line up across the top of the screens. Hopefully that makes sense!
The number of pivots on the two outer arms means you could probably get them pretty close to a wall.

Yes, outer monitors are a matching pair so have the same VESA mount location. Central screen is the odd one out.I have this Vonhaus for my home desk with 3 x 24" Dell monitors. That mount looks good if, as you say, I can arrange the pivots to get close to the wall, thank you.

Yes, but I would like to angle the outer 2 screens inwards which those won't allow me to do. Cheap though, and maybe an option for the centre screen as a last resort, ta.Gassing Station | Computers, Gadgets & Stuff | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
