Netflix + Virgin V360 Issues

Morning, in the last week, Netflix is opening to the point where the single N is on the screen and there is a whirly circle endlessly spinning.

It works on the Firestick and on my phone, with no problems. I've done the whole power off for two minutes jobby but to no avail.

I don't want to do a full reset as I'll lose 7 series of Modern Family I've been recording! Anyone had this recently?

Is this on a TV app? Does it need updating? Is it no longer supported if the TV is a few years old?

No it's on the VM box itself. Everything else is fine. It's the Tivo box, with V360 now on it about two months ago.
