I think you'll need Paintshop or some other image editing program. I know you can use paint to change the size, but it may not be to the desired effect.

You really need a gif editing package so you can load up all the frames and resize as one instead of resizing every frame of the gif.

I use Ulead Gif Animator, quick simple easy to use. You might be able to find a shareware version or limited time trial copy on download of something similar to do the conversion.

Adobe ImageReady (part of PhotoShop) might do it? Sorry can't be more specific, never tried it with animated ones.

Macromedia Fireworks will resize ani GIF fine.
Meantime, if you want me to have a play with it.. let me know!
