My E class will soon be out of warranty.

Do any of the present electronic features stop working, when a warranty expires?

Don't think so, my 2018 C63 has been out of warranty for a while, I owned it before the warranty ended. If you log into your Mercedes Me account it should tell you when the apps/features stop working. I could renew mine by paying a subscription but didn't use the features so didn't renew.

As above, functions relating to your MercedesMe account may expire at 3 years and require further subscriptions but the core functions of the car wont be affected as such.
