How to deactivate passenger airbag

On a 2007 CLK?

Thanks!

Dealers can do it through the star machine, but won't mostly. There are implications if someone else drives the car and has a front seat passenger, and you haven't told them etc...

No key slot switch or button in the car then? So if you want to use a child seat in the front you have to go to the dealer first?
