2012 cls coolant usage

Hi i have a 2012 mercedes cls350 which now has 86000 miles on it. In the past month it has been using coolant with top up coolant messages being displayed. I have been topping it up periodically. Does anybody know what might be the cause of this? The car doesnt overheat and still runs well. Cheers

Any evidence of leakage in the engine bay or under the car?

My CLS63 uses nothing between services.

No thats the thing. Theres no staining on the driveway or in the engine bay. Il take it in for servicing soon👍
