A class water in footwell

The wife has a 2014 A200. There is a lot of water in the rear passenger side footwell.
Is this a known issue? And if so where does water originate?
Have sat in car and got it soaked with hosepipe and couldn’t see any water coming in, it has a pano sunroof so I’m thinking potentially coming from a drain somewhere or maybe from underneath the car?
