Android screen upgrade W212

Has anyone fitted or had fitted one of these android screen's? The function's seem to integrate well with the car's steering controls etc.

Not fitted on a W212, but I had an Xtrons unit in my W211 and it was very good. Expensive, but worth it for the nice integration with the dash.
