changing rear brake pads

i have a facelift c300 and rear brake pads need chaging

do you think its okay to get the brakes changed at a local tyre / exhaust place or should i stick with an indy

Impossible to answer as there are some excellent general car garages out there, and some overcharging barely adequate specialists. Ask around and make your own mind up. Brakes are easy on most cars, so a competent mechanic should have no trouble at all.
