A Class headlight setting

I've just replaced the bulbs in my A170 and find that I need to adjust them for optimum alignment. I remember adjusting headlights for old Lucas light units fitted to older cars after consulting a Haynes manual, squaring the car up to a wall and measuring up to get beams parallel and in line. Is a diagram similarly available for the A class or do I just make a guess or take it to a dealer? Any help appreciated.
