From memory, I'm almost certain that some Ford Mustangs do (e.g. V6 3.8 litres).

I think that that was the size of the TB on a mate's Vauxhall VXR back in the day, too. (But, on reflection, it might have been custom/enlarged from 57mm or thereabouts.)
