145 aircon dead
Discussion
How recently, would it be worth going back to where it was done?
Can you hear the compressor click when you press the A/C button.
Maybe there is a leak in the system somewhere.
You could have a look through here, see if theres anyone had same problem

I've just had the air-con fixed in my 156 after a similar problem to yours.
We had it re-gassed at one of the big chain garages as it seemed like a good price. Worked fine for a couple of days as you say, then nothing. Took it back, they allegedly did a pressure test on it and found no leaks so re-gassed it, only for it to die again after a couple of days.
I decided to give up and take it to a local independant who did a proper pressure and dye test and found a leak in the condenser. Got that replaced (unfortunately discovering that the radiator was pretty rotten too, so replacing that at the same time) and it's nice and chilly in the car now, far colder than it's ever been since I've owned it. Early days yet, but hopefully it will hold. The garage said they'd pressure tested it for a few hours to check for any other leaks afterwards and all seemed fine. Fingers crossed!
