2003 1.2 16v punto....cam belt?

when do they need changing?
i know nothing of fiats but my girlfriend is looking at a 2003 1.2 punto with 70 thou for £1400.
does anyone know when the cambelt should be done?
any other usefull info about the engines or cars will be good too
