Nardi steering wheel but no horn !!!!

Hi

I just bought an Alfa Spider, S3, with a great Nardi wooden steering wheel!!!

Can anyone explain why the horn has been installed on the side of the steering wheel column and not in the usual place

the horn live wire goes through the steering box
into the wire loom of the eng.bay.
when you press the center button (not on your car) the horn works. someone could not get the horn
to work. if it is still wrong bell me on
020 8866 0801 and if your local to harrow
we can fix or any good spec.can do the job
but I do have the nardi centers
