Afternoon, I have a lovely pair of half worn warped front discs and was wondering if anyone had ever replaced their front discs themsleves and with which make, was it easy, were they good etc?

Any advice much appreciated.

P.S. I don't want a big brake upgrade or anything like that, just standard sized discs etc. Performance discs and pads are fine though.

I would try Ferodo DS Performance or DS2500 (DS2500 are not E marked so technically not road legal) pads with standard disks as a good upgrade. Drilled or grooved disks can be very noisy in road use, but if you want to try some, EB Spares have some in at a more reasonable price than the big names like Tarox etc.

But on the whole most right hand drive Alfas have poor brakes.
