Fiat Ducato 2006 2.0JTD

My clutch has started to ever so slightly slip when accelerating under load (uphill) in higher gears (3, 4 or 5).
Can this be left for a while until it gets worse? Only noticed it in the past week.
Am I right in thinking this van doesn't have a DMF, so it would just need a new clutch kit?
