Fiat 500 1.4 2009 - Cancheck and won't start

We have a 1.4 Fiat 500 2009 which has been in very limited use for 18 months. It used to start and run fine till now. The car turns over but it won't fire despite trying the first time after a rest.

I've had the battery on a CTEK charger, I've tried a different battery, I've tried jump starting it, I've tried a OBDII which showed no faults, I've changed the battery earth and the earth from the body to the gearbox. No joy.

Can anyone offer some advice?

I can't gear a fuel pump on start up, but then I've never listened for it in 125,000 miles.

What am i missing??

You're just missing the basics. You first need to check if you have spark and fuel and take it from there.
