MiTO rear light wiring

Hi all,

I've just bought a pair of MiTo rear lights, I'm not putting these on a MiTo and hence I need some help with the wiring.

I have five pins,

Black & Yellow for the turn signal and then

Brown, orange, Grey for the stop tail. I've run a continuity tester across these with no success.

Anyone hazard a guess at the wiring?
