With the front wheel off more than likely but it will probably need the back seats down.

I'd assume no unless you've tried your bike. IIRC seats do not fold in all MY; and even when they do, the boot aperture is not generous so angle of entry vs bike's dimensions may cause issues.

Folding seats from mid-2018 onwards. i've got one, they fold. There is a large fixed strut across the boot right behind the rear seats - this could prove problematic.

Folding seats were optional but I have them in my 17 and in every car I viewed so not rare (in my experience of course).

It’s possible with the front wheel off but it’s a narrow opening and too much of a scratch risk so I went for the Alfa branded Thule roofbars, which work really well with the pro ride bike holders.

There's quite a lot of deflection in the carbon roof - could that cause an issue with the suckers?

Nice bike. That's a great solution. Pano/glass roof would provide even more secure anchoring but i think they stopped offering it on the 🍀

Can i persuade you to switch to clipless pedals? Even MTB pedals are good as they offer walkable shoes for when you reach the top of the Ghisallo and want to visit the church and Giro museum.
