Fiat Panda 4x4 twinair - what to look out for
Discussion
Just placed an order for this:

Only 3k on the clock, which is great, but also has me a little worried about lack of use.
Anything, with this in mind, or generally with these cars I should be aware of or check over on delivery?
Thanks

I've got a white cross version with sensors, winter pack and privacy. Had it since March when I bought it simply because I love them. Its now my daily while I wait for a new 911 having sold my Mini JCW. It is simply brilliant.
As above make sure you get into the habit of pressing the eco button - it feels like a different car out of eco and I still get 50mpg.
The engine sounds great and it is fun to drive with a real character which is missing in so much these days. I think it takes quite a few thousand miles to loosen the engine. I wouldn't be worried about the low miles - probably an oldie has had it or its been a third or fourth car. They are robust things anyway.
The only thing I'd say to watch is the dash itself which can mark easily from hard objects e.g a handbag on the lap rubbing against it - a particular gripe of mine, which results in all bags to the boot or no entry.
I had a diesel 4x4 for a few years a while ago which was faultless and missed it so much I bought the Cross.
Great car and I'd buy another without hesitation.

What do you think of it - assuming it has been delivered
It only arrived 2 hours ago, just nipped to the shops in it and it seems good, Nery noisy would be my first observation, loud revvy metalic engine noise, but guess thats just part of a highly strung small petrol.
