Thanks for the reply. I was also wondering about longevity. If they could be made to fit with different wheels, what life span could you get out of them ? I know nothing about ceramics apart from the price lol
Between 70K and 100K miles, a third to half longer than steel brakes.Anything like that would be possible if you throw enough money at it.
Lifetime depends on how you treat them, proper bedding in of the pads (usually a very specific process) and making sure they're not damaged by, for example, acidic wheelcleaning fluids etc.. I've seen numerous people asking about the possibility of changing from ceramics to steel, always due to the cost of replacement, but yours is the first I've seen for steel to ceramics.
It's your money and your car but I can't see any reason why you'd need them on your car.

I happen to know from working at an Alfa Romeo dealership for a few years that a full set of carbon ceramics for a Giulia Q were about £11k fitted, and that was a bolt on job for the brakes alone. Factor in the changes you’d need to make to your car to make them fit and the cost would be astronomical.
This was an “enthusiastically driven” ex press car that a local specialist dealer were selling.
