Fiat X19 - advice, forums, yada

So a friend of my wife tells me that her parent(s) need to dispose of an X19 that has sat in their garage for ten years - the father passed away last year sometime.

Could you please tell me where the best/active forums are where I can get some advice to help her.

This is not a 'for sale' ad, before the autocracy known as PH mods wade in.
