Best Quality rear discs for 19 Reg Guilia ?

Can anybody recommend the best rear discs for an Alfa Guilia cos the originals have rusted far too quickly . The car hasn’t been stood for long periods at all but for only 22000 miles they are not in a good state & will defo need replacing before the MOT in July.
Are there any manufacturers out there that build them to prevent corrosion ?
