145 1.6 boxer ABS light

Hi.
My wife`s car failed MOT on both rear brake pipes that run from rear limiter to flex`s , I replaced both and now ABS light is on and wont go off , is there a fault or is it a case of haveing light reset and is there a way i can DIY it.

How are the brakes - is there any air in the system? ABS equipped cars can be notoriously hard to bleed all the air from.

Thanks for ideas, The brake pedal is solid but this does not move even when you start car as if it has`nt got a servo or ABS pump motor not running.is there a way of testing ABS motor ? or is it a visit to a diagnostic .

WOW I found the problem, which was both rear brake light bulbs US
One US system works Both US ABS light on and no ABS.
I hope this might save some one else a little time if they are haveing a problem with ABS,
