Restore it, there were only ever 103 of these in right hand drive and I think only 2250 ever made they aren't worth mega bucks but they are so different. I have a 1965 one that I am restoring and it is a complete mess. You can get panels from a chap in Belgium, and rubber seals and the like are available from both Italy and Germany. Anyway checkout www.alfa2600.co.uk and www.alfabb.com for more info.
I see you are in Southampton I'm just down the road in Fordingbridge it would be good to have someone else local restore one of these to bounce ideas off and keep the motivation going.
Post some pics soon

When you say the doors are missing do you mean, complete doors with the handles window winders and associated channeling, that is quite a lot to find but there must be some out there. Bumpers, I think can be obtained from Eric van Cauwenbergh (Spelling?) who is based in Belgium and does the replacement panels. They are if I recall unfinished i.e. you do the final fettling and then get them plated. I have his price list in my files and will check when I get home. I have bought some panels from him and he is quick and reasonably priced. The interior is only a problem in that you have nothing to work from. I have what I believe is a full interior and am going to have to dismantle/unstitch it all to have it remade in new material, assuming I ever get the car restored that far! Don't know if you are aware but new wiring looms are available for approx £250--£300 off the shelf which is handy on a vehicle of this age. I have not as yet, looked into engine recon bits as I want to get the body sorted first but I'm sure there are ways to solve any problems in that area.
