Ford has released three official pictures of the new Ka after an image was leaked onto the internet this week. The car will be launched at this year’s Paris Motor Show in October and replaces the original Ka which has been around for 12 years now.
Ford says a number of visual clues link it to the original car but the new car has its ‘own unique character’. The Ka has proved incredibly popular and often praised for it good handling, something which we hope will continue in the new car.
‘We are very excited about the launch of the new Ka,’ said Roelant de Waard, Chairman and Managing Director, Ford of Britain. ‘The original has been a huge hit in the UK with a sales record of over 480,000 – 80 per cent of which have been to retail customers, and many of those first-time buyers. I'm confident that the latest design will prove just as big a hit,’ he added.
Further information will be released at the Paris show in early October.
