might have been scuppered by the People's Republic back in 2010, but it seems one Chinese man didn't give up on the dream of a Sino-centric Hummer.
Enter stage left (and presumably ever-so slowly) Qu Zhibo from Hainan province. His home-made Hummer apparently cost him around £400 and features, er, we don't really know what, other than an engine and twin tyres all round.
