Continuing our theme of internet-based new car leaks (see also

...) these images of the new Jaguar XF Sportbrake have appeared, showing the new estate undisguised for the first time.
The estate version of the XF is due to make its official debut at the Geneva show early in March and is a crucial car for Jaguar as it will pitch it head to head with estate versions of the BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class and Audi A6. It's also the first Jaguar estate since the controversial X-Type.
These images, which look as though they come from a scanned brochure, show a rear light configuration similar to that of the saloon's and appear to show a front end that's identical forward of the B-pillars.
There's also a subtle roof spoiler and Jaguar XJ-style blacked-out C-pillars.
Jaguar hasn't yet revealed exactly which engines we can expect to see, but it's a fairly safe bet that both the 2.2-litre four-cylinder and the two V6 diesels will take the lion's share of sales, though we'll hopefully see something V8-shaped as well.
As for an XFR estate, we wouldn't get our hopes up...
