As the clocks go back and the nights draw in, our minds are already drifting to summer, and that can only mean one thing: Le Mans. Last year had it all: relentless heat, high drama, debuting hypercars, and even a marauding rabbit on the Mulsanne Straight. Ferrari claimed a third straight overall win, Robert Kubica finally nailed redemption, Aston Martin’s Valkyrie made its Hypercar debut, and Peugeot brought back its iconic GTi. Being trackside with PistonHeads made it all the more unforgettable, of course, from the new campsite to our sweltering Classic British Welcome and the return of the pub quiz.

And now, we’re looking ahead to 2026. The competition at the front is set to be fiercer than ever, with more manufacturers joining the Hypercar fray and fresh rivalries brewing. Expect speed, chaos, and 24 hours of pure adrenaline - you know, the sort of racing that keeps us coming back, year after year.

As ever, we’ll be camping with our long-term partner 1st Tickets, bringing the PistonHeads campsite back for another year. It’s the perfect base, close to the action, full of great company, and packed with everything you need for a cracking weekend away.

You can expect all the usual perks, including:

Pre-allocated camping pitches - no need to rush; your space will be ready when you arrive
