MTM has been fiddling with its Bimoto TT (no euphemism intended. Mucky pups). They’re edging forward to an eventual 250mph goal, but they have a few changes in the works…
The car currently runs on a pair of 1.8 litre turbocharged four pots, which each push out about 370bhp (740bhp in total, fact fans). However, the slightly power crazed engineers and MTM reckon that they can get 501bhp out of each engine, putting the total power output at 1002bhp.
They have recently set a speed of 245mph on a high speed run, but their target has always been the magical 250mph; and they’re planning on doing it at Nardo at sometime soon.
If one of these bad boys is in front of you, this is all you're going to see
For the attempt they have employed Porsche Carrera cup driver Florian Gruber in the hope that he can rein in all the power.
If you like the look of this be-scooped TT, and have decided that the 197bhp of the current (2.0T, not the 3.2 V6 – please don’t moan at me) TT is too pedestrian for you then MTM might be able to help you. They’re planning on building a limited run of 10 cars.
