Tickets have gone on sale for the PistonHeads Show 2009. The event takes place next January at the NEC in Birmingham and follows the success of the first ever PH Show earlier this year. Of course, if you know PistonHeads you’ll have an idea of what the PH Show is all about – rare and exotic sports cars mixed with all manner of other legendary metal.
The PH Car Display is the centrepiece of next January’s show and features cars supplied by the PH community. It will include everything from Escort Cosworths and Jaguar E-Types, to DeTomasos and Morgans, to Ferraris and TVRs. There is also a brand new website which tells you everything you need to know about the show.
This year there will be a display covering the life of a true road and rally hero - courtesy of the Subaru Impreza Drivers Club. The Scooby will be represented in all of its different forms from the beginning to the present day, so that visitors can see how the car has developed and evolved. There is also a display of track day cars and a showcase of more than 20 models of the Porsche 911 from 1963 to 2008.
Meanwhile the PH Show is co-located with Autosport International and your ticket gives you a seat at the Live Action Arena. Sit back and enjoy a spectacular show involving race and performance road cars, professional race drivers, celebrity presenters and guests from the world of motorsport.
The show takes place between the January 8 – 11 2009 and the website (www.pistonheadsshow.com) will be constantly updated with any new exhibitions and highlights.
