calls itself a Raptor GTR. It is a $700k supercar with a carbon fibre monocoque, a twin-turbo V8 with 850hp and an ability to hit 60mph in 2.6 seconds before running on to 240mph.
Get yourself the so-called CubeyGTR version (named after the leopardskin-clad, er, lady draped over the car during large parts of the video) and you'll have 1229hp and a unique "front fascia designed after Abby's exotic eyes." Right...
But before you go saying 'that's a Mosler isn't it?' it, er, isn't. Quite. It is a modified Mosler MT900S, but it's built by a company called Supercar Engineering, which is run by a J. Todd Wagner, an ex-Mosler engineer who claims to have a distributor agreement with Mosler.
Not according to Mosler: "[He] goes around claiming he has a distributorship agreement, [but] he's a distributor of nothing because we're not producing a car," he told Jalopnik.
Intriguingly, Mosler (the company) is now run by Jill Wagner, J. Todd's ex-wife, and reports suggest that Wagner's ejection from Mosler specifically precludes him from any involvement. And also that Cubey is 'romantically linked (as they say in the tabloids). Curiouser and Curiouser...
