Exotics at Wilton House last year
It's Monday already, and that means one thing. You've got fewer than five days to tell the Missus/Mister or other S.O that you can't go shopping this Saturday because you're coming to see the Supercars at Wilton House.
If ever an event looked like being worth a couple of days in the dog house, this is it. Held for the second year running at the stately pile of Lord Pembroke in Salisbury, Wilts, organiser and PHer Jaykaybi reckons this year's Supercars at Wilton House will significantly outclass the last one - which we all reckon was a brilliant day out.
2010 should be even better!
2009 highlights in no particular order included a Bugatti Veyron, McLaren F1, Ferrari F40, 288 GTO and Enzos, Porsche Carrera GT and a Pagani Zonda, amongst the cavalcade of exotics.
Jay tells us he's pulled out all the stops to find even rarer and more exclusive machinery for 2010, and this year as well as the cars themselves there'll be local dealer displays and trade stands for your browsing pleasure.
A highlight at around 2pm is sure to be the Supercar sound-off, when all the cars will start their engines and rev-up simultaneously - music to our ears. Visitors are also recommended to bag a spot in the courtyard at the front of Wilton House for the spectacular arrival of the cars in convoy at around midday.

free PH 'Saturday Service'
which will also get you access to the trade and manufacturer stands - but not the Supercar display.
Seeing the Supercars will cost £10 per person, £5 for kids, and £25 for families (cash only) on the door, but you can also buy tickets in advance online and avoid any queues.
Proceeds from ticket sales go to the Stars Appeal Caring For Kids Campaign.
PRINT AND DISPLAY THE PH LOGO
If you want to be part of the PH Saturday Service, please print off this logo and place it in your windscreen (or wave it about) on arrival at Wilton. This will help the event marshals to direct you to the PH car park area without causing hold-ups. (You can also add yourself to the Saturday Service list here.)
Gates open at 10am, and the access is by the entrance on the A3094.
The Supercars will be on display from midday to 4pm, and the Wilton House estate closes at 5pm.
