It might have been six years since we were last at Silverstone, but that didn’t stop you from pouring into the circuit in your hundreds. The Silverstone Museum threw open its doors for us, while the sunshine made a rare appearance for October.
The museum had loads to offer, with hands-on exhibits, legendary race cars a scale Scalextric track and the opportunity to drive the track on one of their simulators. Outside our friends at Carburettor Coffee and Hill Billy’s served up a storm and kept us all well fed and brimmed with caffeine.
And of course we had our usual eclectic mix of cars in the car park, from classic rally cars to JDM curios, with the latest crop of supercars as conspicuous as ever. We’d like to offer a special thanks to Silverstone Museum for hosting us and to all of you who joined us.
We’ll be heading back to Thruxton for our final Sunday Service of the year on December 1, so keep an eye out for that going live soon. Until then, you can join in the conversation from the event here.
