Everyone has their own Christmas marker, that one event that signifies it is finally that time of the year. It might be the tree going up, the work party or perhaps the first mince pie. Us? Ford's annual
'Snowkhana' vid
. Once Mental Block has completed his annual Fiesta frolicking, it really is the season to be jolly.
This year's stop motion spectacular is called the 'Ultimate Festive Blockbuster', featuring dozens of film references and some lovingly executed 1:72 stunts. Notable car film inclusions are The Fast and the Furious, Bullitt (this is Ford, after all) and that other famous film Mustang, the Mach 1 from Diamond are Forever.
Keep a look out to for Toy Story - it might be the best bit of the video - plus Forrest Gump, Ghostbusters, Anchorman and Back to the Future. Ford says the film took just over a month to make and used 17 Lego trees, 11 cans of snow spray, one large can of expanding foam and one pair of tights, used to make trampoline netting for the homage to the John Lewis Christmas ad. You really need to see it!
