PistonHeads turned out in force for a marvellous Sunday Service meet at Rolls-Royce yesterday.
The chance of a sortie to the Rolls-Royce factory, a meet with friendly faces and an opportunity to sample the culinary delights of an 'official' R-R bacon butty proved an unmissable draw for the 350 or so cars that turned up.
First through the gates was a 1960's Alpine, while last in was a Pagani Zonda - a happy A-Z co-incidence that perfectly illustrates the broad appeal of the church of PH.
If you made it to the event, it was great to see you all, and on behalf of all those PHers who attended we'd like to extend a big homepage cheer to all the staff at Rolls-Royce in Goodwood who gave up their valuable time to help the event run smoothly on the day. Maybe see you all again next year?
Meanwhile, the Sunday Service concept continues to grow from strength to strength, and our esteemed colleague Garlick already has two or three more dates up his sleeve for events into the New Year. So hopefully you'll have even less of an excuse to keep your pride and joy wrapped up in the garage this winter...
