Next month, July 26th-28th, sees PH head to the Silverstone Classic for the very first time. The Classic is the largest historic racing festival in the world, with more than 100,000 car enthusiasts and motorsport fans due to attend over the weekend.
To mark the occasion we're transforming the Paddock Café into the famed PH pub: the Pie & Piston. Alongside food and beverages, we've also laid on a SEGA rally arcade machine - one bought from eBay and rebuilt, with a competition on for the best drivers. The fastest three times from across the weekend will bag a prize, with a pair of weekend tickets to Silverstone Classic next year up for grabs along with other goodies.
It wouldn't be PH without cars, so we've curated a display of 20 iconic cars that epitomise PistonHeads that'll be on display outside the Pie & Piston. We've got everything from Bannedbiker's Mk1 Mazda MX-5 to mwstewart's Ferrari 430 and daveeatonr4's 917K that he built from the ground up using a shell he bought after seeing it on PH eight years ago. Our icons will be taking to the track for a parade lap on Sunday, so it's one not to miss! The full list is available here.
If you haven't bought your tickets yet, there's still space to join us inside the circuit and park next to our icon display with our club parking. Club packages are available for Friday and Sunday until 30th June and include two tickets per day.
