French supercar maker Venturi is to present the Fétish -- its new electric sports car -- at the Paris motor show next month. We got our first viewing of the car in motion during a run at last year's Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Now, after two years of teasing us, the company looks set to launch the car. With a monocoque carbon chassis, the vehicle weighs 750Kg without its 58kWh lithium-ion batteries, 1,100 Kg with batteries. The Fétish offers over 200 miles of autonomy and accelerates from 0-62 mph in under five seconds. Recharging takes 3.5 hours.
The company wants to sell 25 cars a year at a price of €450,000 (about £308,000).
