Yes you have read that correctly, Lamborghini is linking up with Versace to create a limited edition Murcielago LP640 roadster, although sadly there are no pictures available as yet.
The Italian designer will create a bespoke interior using a black and white colour scheme to be built on demand. As production is based on customer request there is no word on how many Lamborghini are prepared to make, and while we fail to see the attraction here at PH, we are in no doubt that there will be people wanting to buy this car.
If you fancy the Lamborghini/ Versace experience but don't fancy a Murci, don't worry you could always treat yourself something from their accessory range. Perhaps a pair of gloves takes your fancy? Maybe a suitcase instead? You'll be spoilt for choice when the co- branded range goes on sale in Versace stores and Lamborghini dealerships from November.
