The social media revolution has clearly taken hold at Chrysler, as the company is now announcing new models via Twitter.
Following on from the 2010 Dodge Viper ACR (pictured, right) setting a new lap record at California's Laguna Seca circuit yesterday (24 November), Chrysler has announced a new special edition to celebrate the car's record run.
"To honor Viper's record-breaking lap at Laguna Seca," tweets Chrysler, "Dodge will rollout (sic) a Laguna Seca Special Edition Viper."
The new car will be introduced along with the MY 2010 Viper and will be called the '1.33' Edition, in honour of the 2010 ACR's lap time of 1m 33.915s.
The previous record was set by the new Devon GTX supercar at 1m 35.075s.
