1) Most Helpful Member 2002

The PistonHeads community provides a wealth of expertise and knowledge for anyone with a query of a motoring nature or for that matter, many other diverse topics.

Three members who have consistently come to our aid are John Robson, Madcop and Steve Heath.

John and Madcop - both serving policemen - have given us a valuable insight into their work, helping us understand the difficulties experienced by them in the course of their work. That alone has done more for police-motorist relations than any marketing campaign could ever achieve and to top it all they've given out very useful advice to motorists in difficulty.

Steve Heath is famous in the TVR community for his lengthy technical tomes helping TVR owners to look after and repair their own cars. On the Gassing Station, Steve happily imparts his wealth of experience helping many members understand their cars and keep repair bills under control.

Gaffer has done wonders for some PHers with her liaison with the TVR factory. She's certainly built (and mended) some bridges there and deserves recognition.

2) Customer Care Award 2002

Whilst we discourage discussion of bad experiences with traders on the Gassing Station for a number of reasons, we believe now is the time to show recognition to those giving outstanding service. There are traders out there who are putting themselves out to provide the best in customer service and make owning performance cars a pleasurable experience even when they're in the garage.
